Morty’s is a neighborhood sandwich shop (focacceria!), market, and bar inspired by the classic, rustic flavors of Italy, the Balkans, and Central Europe—brought to you by Adam Stull and Jay Bayer.
Adam and Jay have collaborated on many food and beverage projects over the years, and they’re excited for Morty’s to help build community through approachable, engaging hospitality. We believe communities grow stronger when we see each other more often—whether by plan or by chance.
Morty’s is a place to shop, sip, dine, and hang out—a space where you can gather with friends, family, and neighbors, or just stumble into a good conversation.
We serve slightly adventurous sandwiches on house-made focaccia, alongside a rotating lineup of small plates, salads, and soups. At the bar, you'll find classically inspired cocktails, modern wines, and smart craft beer. We also offer a curated selection of pantry goods, grab-and-go meals, and take-and-bake dishes—each inspired by the bold, comforting flavors of our culinary roots.
We believe every neighborhood deserves a community space—and Morty’s is here to foster connection through delicious and interesting food and drink.
